Coastal breeze, unhurried mornings, generous tables
Step into a place where every element of your visit has been thoughtfully arranged. From the linens on your bed to the drink at your table, nothing is overlooked, and nothing is left unfinished. This is travel as it once felt.
How to reach the estate
Five stars, earned without fanfare
“Refined without being showy. Nothing demands attention, yet everything falls into place.”
“Flawless from arrival at the car to evening turndown. I barely had to think about a thing all week.”
“Kitchen craft that stands alongside Europe's very best. Each plate is thoughtful, each touch deliberate.”
A shoreline retreat, built over 23 years.
Vistapalacenest opened in 2003 as a single villa on a sheltered bay, expanding only when we were confident we could grow without diluting what drew people here. Twenty-three years later, we maintain 200 rooms and suites, two kitchens and three gaming rooms, and we still decline more bookings than we accept.
For us, luxury is not marble and gilding. It is the second coffee that arrives unasked, the driver who recalls your name, the table kept open an hour past closing because conversation was still flowing. We recruit for that instinct and we retain the people who possess it.
Most of our guests return, and that is the entire strategy. We would rather seventy percent of a smaller circle come back each year than pursue a larger one that never does.
Small details, handled with care
None of it is loud. All of it is intentional. That is what our regulars keep returning for.
Private Pools
Two infinity pools, four heated plunge pools, sixteen cabanas, and a private beach with chilled towels throughout the day. Guests under sixteen are welcome only in the family pool — the remainder are kept tranquil by design.

Thalassotherapy sourced from the sea beneath us, treatments drawn from a 90-page menu, and uninterrupted calm across twelve treatment rooms. Our spa director trained in Kyoto and Marrakech. The experience is easier to feel than to put into words.
DISCOVER MORE →Culinary Delights
Three restaurants, one Michelin star, and a kitchen garden whose harvest shapes tomorrow’s menu. Our chefs do not compose seasonal dishes — they let the season sketch itself onto the plate, each morning, in pencil.
DISCOVER MORE →Sunset Terraces
Three open-air dining levels facing west, arranged so that no two tables ever sit directly opposite one another. The golden hour here lasts roughly forty minutes. We have shaped the menu, the music, and the lighting around it for years.
